Using the breath, which in Eastern philosophy is considered medicine, we send healing to parts of our subconscious, fascia tissue and energetic fields - all the places our anxiety, trauma and conditioning is stored. This session will not only help you release anxiety, but carve a more grounded and restful path for your body and mind.

Using breathwork, we will reel back the little fragment pieces of ourselves that we leave behind so that we can bring back the power. So that we can cut ties. So that we can be even more self reliant. And so that we can carve a life for ourselves, based on our, own, terms.

You build faith not because of what you see, but because you know there is universal support beyond what meets the eye. This faith can be trusted beyond your immediate situation. We will dig deep in this breathwork to carve out the faith that is our default but may be hiding so that it can be extracted and used for our growth.
