Evan as adults, we continue to host the little child we once were deep inside of us. In most situations, a lot of the decisions we make (especially emotional, subconscious & auto-pilot responses) are made by our inner child. If this child is wounded, or feels unworthy, unvalidated or didnt get the attention, support or nourishment it needed, then that is the unfulfilled and unworthy place our adult selves operate from. In Inner Child Breathwork, we’ll use breathwork & suggestive words, to enter a subconscious zone to heal our inner child; to give this child the approval they needed, the attention they missed, the support they required. You see the subconscious brain does not know the difference between something happening that is real, versus something that’s not real (for instance a film, or reading a book). So everything that is suggested to the subconscious in that zone is absorbed as truth. This is why this session is a powerful one - it will provide your inner child will all it needed (and your inner child will believe it right in). A validated inner child, makes a satisfied adult.
