The trauma you experienced continues to live in your memory, as well as in your nervous system and fascia muscles. If your trauma is in your body, how can your body truly heal & be fully optimised? It cant. We first have to work at releasing the trauma from your body. Breathwork as the ability to access the layers of our subconscious & physical bodies that house these experiences & trauma. Breathwork can access these layers otherwise inaccessible. Using the breath, we will extract these old un-serving experiences, behaviors, habits, patterns & trauma, so that it can release, once and for all.
