The years pass by, and sometimes thing get better and sometimes they get worse. What’s important, is that you live your life on your own terms. Because at the end of it all, when you look back, the moments of happiness and satisfaction sweet enough to withstand the breeze of your fading memory will be the experiences where you felt alive, joyful, and connected. These usually come from when we are doing things we love, often, and are content. Using breathwork, we will reel back the little fragment pieces of ourselves that we leave behind so that we can bring back the power. So that we can cut ties. So that we can be even more self reliant. And so that we can carve a life for ourselves, based on our, own, terms.
