Calm Your Anxiety During COVID-19 Breathwork

This is an in person event at New Women Space. It's been a tough year or two for all of us. Some feel this anxiety in the body, while others feel it in the mind. Using the breath, which in Eastern philosophy is considered medicine, we send healing to parts of our subconscious, fascia tissue and energetic fields - all the places our anxiety, trauma and conditioning is stored. This session will not only help you release anxiety, but carve a more grounded and restful path for your body and mind. The session is 90 minutes and no experience is necessary.
