Breathwork & Mantra for Deep Extraction + Release

Mantras are words or sound repeated to aid concentration. We know that sound is vibration & helps the transference of energy i.e. yelling is a modality by which we transfer pent energy within us to the external. The use of mantras or sound vibration can be instrumental to deep clean the mind especially while in the subconscious zone. It can help clear our subconscious especially if we use the right mantra, and it can also help facilitate the release of whatever we’re holding onto from our past. Releasing from our past is also a goal when we use breathwork. Using a breathing technique, we’re transported to a non ordinary state of consciousness, a space where all our past experiences live (limbic brain). Using the tool of the breath, the tool of sound & the tool of mantra, we begin to extract old experiences, PTSD, habits, patterns, conditioning so they can unpack & release. This allows us to step closer to living out our fullest potential. Timing in EST.
