TBM Womxn of Color - Breathwork 2

Come use the ancient tool of breathwork to feel your feelings, process emotions, and release experiences (recent & current). We send the breath to parts of our body thats otherwise inaccessible & we listen to the body’s feedback through sensations. Breathwork often gives us a “high” that allows us to feel unique, release the old, break free from patterns & step closer into being our fullest potential. The session is 75 minutes approximately, and registration is required.
