Breathwork & Yin Yoga #2

Back by popular demand, The Breathwork & Yin Yoga Workshop is a journey towards your intimate self. First your mind quietens then you experience a breathwork high. The breathing technique transports you to a non-ordinary state of consciousness where you stay as you move through yin postures. Because you're in an altered mental space, your experience of the posture will be different. You feel more connected with your body, feel more of the sensations, are less distracted by mental chatter & also feel a bigger release. Combined together, these 2 healing modalities complement each other extremely well. To register, please email. Timing is: 630PM Thai time, 5pm India time, 12:30pm British time.
