The breathing technique transports you to a non-ordinary state of consciousness where you stay as you move through yin postures. Because you're in an altered mental space, your experience of the posture will be different. You feel more connected with your body, feel more of the sensations, are less distracted by mental chatter & also feel a bigger release.
