Join your fellow NYU alumni & friends across the globe for this 45 minute wind down happy meditation session. In this session, you'll be guided to a theta state where you will gently release the emotional charge of your recent weeks & months. In this zone, homeostasis takes place & your body will heal, your heart rate will regulate and move into cardiac coherence. Cardiac coherence supports heightened immunity, serves to manage anxiety & is great for anti ageing. The session will also include a short breathing technique (Pranayama).
