Breathwork & Yin Yoga IST

BREATHWORK & YIN YOGA workshop - one of a kind ultra soothing session.

• Combined together, yin yoga & breathwork allows us to access & open up deep & hidden parts of ourselves with the aim of releasing and cultivating self awareness which will bring the body back to homeostasis, facilitate healing, relax you & unpack stuck energy

• First, we will do a short breathwork led by myself - a technique that uses the breath to transport you to a non ordinary state of consciousness where your experiences, habits & patterns lie - so you can release what no longer serves you. Breath is medicine & is sent to parts of your body & psyche that are otherwise closed off. The experience can be wild, but also nourishing & very opening. Most importantly, it is a great way to reconnect with yourself

• After breathwork is yin yoga led by @thistooisyoga - which is a slow & meditative practice, where postures are held for longer periods of time with the aim to reach the connective tissues, deeply relax & cultivate body awareness; a practice that will put you back into the parasympathetic nervous system mode where you thrive & heal
