Most of us don’t even calm down when we’re asleep; we’re so wired that regardless of the mindful living and exercise or the tools we use, we only find rest to be a fleeting occurrence & one that is not sustainable. Using breathwork, we will take our foot off the accelerator of our body thereby allowing us to marinate & enjoy a session of full, deep rest.
