WATCH THE REPLAY: Forgiveness Breathwork

“Forgiveness, quite frankly, is the most selfish thing you can do. Because it is the greatest thing you can do for yourself.” - Caroline Myss. When we hold on to things out of resentment or hurt, we are carrying unnecessary baggage that is weighing us down - it does not harm the other person or the other situation in any way. Forgiveness of self, is also important, as it also allows us to put down that baggage and move forward. For without forgiveness, it’s hard to go far with all the weight we’re carrying. Excess energetic weight also impacts the body’s ability to function optimally. Using breathwork, we will begin to free ourselves from this weight through the use of forgiveness.
