Your body endures a lot of experiences. Without fully listening to your body, appreciating it and loving it, your body cannot heal and it cannot thrive. Love is one of the biggest agents of change for your body, and you can begin at any time. Together, in the Body Appreciation Breathwork, we will send appreciation for all our organs, all our systems, all our weight and all the ability our bodies have.
