A 30 minute breathwork & meditation based on the principles of neuroscience to reboot your brain & calm your nervous system. First, a wild breathwork, then a trippy meditation employing breath, awareness & soundscapes. This short & affective session will allow you to prime yourself for a beautiful day, serve as a mini reset, all while calming the nervous system. This session is suitable for everyone and is perfect for those who don’t have too much time, need some subconscious support or want to dabble into breathwork & meditation.
