This 90 minute session of breathwork & tapping will release old experiences, pent up energy, limiting beliefs, trauma & patterns so you can move through blocks holding you back to step out the other side - a side more free, with less conditioning & reflective of your true inner self.
The Science:
Breathwork: Vedic principles & Western psychology believe that all the experiences we go through as human beings is stored within us. It's stored in our psyche (memory) as well as on our body (memory cell & energetically). We'll use breathwork to navigate us to the space that has been housing all that we'd like to release & then use the power of sound, the breath & EFT (tapping) to begin the release.
Tapping: According to a study done at Harvard Medical School’s Department of Psychiatry, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping has the ability to a) prevent collection of trauma and PTSD as well as b) release collected trauma living in our tissues.
