WATCH THE REPLAY: Breathwork For Anxiety

After all that Thanksgiving & family time, maybe you need to recalibrate. Come release some of the energy from the weeks (and months & years). We use breathwork to dive deep into the depths of our psyche and peel away the layers that cause us stress, pain & worry. We also release old conditioning, PTSD and trauma along the way. This 90 minute session will leave you calm, lighter & with a feeling of connectedness with yourself.

How does breathwork help with anxiety?

Our body breathes without effort from us but sometimes due to stressful situations, we end up breathing improperly, which can cause an imbalance of O2 and CO2. This further contributes to anxiety, high blood pressure, premature ageing and inflammation due to an overactive sympathetic nervous system. But when we shift to breathe deep into our abdominal, we enter a relaxed state where our parasympathetic nervous system is activated. This slows down the heart rate, sregulates blood pressure, curtails anxiety, boosts immunity & mood and leaves us calm.

No experience needed. Just an open mind.
