WATCH THE REPLAY: Breathwork & Ho'opponopono

Ho’opponopono is the ancient Hawaiian forgiveness process that allows us to cut energetic ties to create space for the cultivation of relationships, people & experiences that are enriching. It is based on four mantras - I’m sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, I thank you. The research on Ho’opponopono shows that the group who practiced Ho’opponopono experienced a statistically significant reduction in unforgiveness compared to the group who did not. Combined with breathwork, the two techniques are even more powerful in clearing and offloading all that we no longer need in our lives. For more information on the science behind breathwork, please check this out. Here’s what Matt James PhD says about Ho’opponopono on Psychology Today.

This session will be conducted on Zoom on Sunday March 14th at 830pm EST. Everyone who registers will receive a recording. To register, please get in touch.
