Using the tools of Hypnomeditation & Pranayama, we’ll guide you to a space of deep restoration. Although the goal isn’t to relax, that is the side effect. We aim for cardiac coherence, a state where your heart beats into a coherent pattern. This pattern is ideal because it regulates blood pressure & heart rate, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, boosts IGA levels (responsible for high immunity) for 6 hours. When the body is in this coherent zone, self healing can begin. The guided meditation focuses on the heart and you’ll feel rested, and very soothed.

In order to heal, subconscious acceptance is necessary. Subconscious acceptance involves first going into Theta (that deep between conscious & subconscious zone), then fully letting go of what you cannot control, followed by making friends with uncertainty that lies ahead. Subconscious acceptance unleashing healing & makes space for shifts. To register, get in touch. Session timing is Sunday December 6 at 830PM EST (which is Monday Dec 7 7AM IST). WATCH THE REPLAY: Meditation For Creativity

A guided meditation that will take place in the deep zone between consciousness & subconscious (theta zone). We first relax the body to make you more suggestive. Then, we use the power of visualisation to release all the barriers that’s blocking you from accessing the creativity that’s flowing within you at all time. Then, we tap into the wisdom that is ever present for inspiration to bloom. The session will leave you refreshed, motivated & back to your creative self. Suitable for beginners and regular meditators.

What you’ll need: Bring your eye masks, cozy sweaters and bolsters (all optional)

When: 2 sessions to choose from. Session 1 - Sunday Nov 22 9pm EST or Session 2 - Monday Nov 23 8am EST. If you cant make these times, a recording will be sent to you
