AVAILABLE: April Bundle: 4 Downloadable Meditations


In April, you’ll get a bundle of four downloadable meditations to have & to hold and listen to on repeat (repetition is key for neuroplasticity). You can sign up for this bundle at any time, and you will simply receive the meditations that came before. These sessions are designed for the theta zone (deep zone where you’re suggestive and open), making it easier for your brain to rewire. Each meditation is approximately 15 minutes, and will hit your inbox at the beginning of each week.   1. Focus & Productivity - certain types of meditation increase the focus of your brain. Just like a knife, without sharpening it, your knife will go dull. If you find that you’re always distracted, always trying to multitask, yet never seem to produce high quality work, your focus could need some sharpening. Using a breath based meditation, we will begin to sharpen the mind so that after the meditation, you’ll notice a more alert, awakened awareness free of the monkey brain.

  2. Heal Loss & Heartbreak - This is a good meditation when you’ve experienced something that has ended & there is a sense of loss - whether of a person, an experience, a belonging or anything in between. Loss can be hard to accept and heartbreak can really hurt - and so this meditation will seek to ease out the looping thoughts in your mind, the holding on that is tight - so that you can begin to accept what has happened, and accept it well. From here, letting go becomes a little more possible.

  3. Head & Heart Health - This meditation is designed to strengthen your heart & head by putting you into cardiac coherence. Cardiac coherence is the pattern of regular heart beat that supports a relaxed nervous system so rest & digest can take place. This pattern regulates your blood pressure, allows your brain to rest, and releases IgA levels (responsible for boosting immunity) for 6 hours. We will achieve cardiac coherence through connecting with nature inspired visuals & sounds.

  4. Rewire Your Brain To Be Secure - Do you know yourself well? Do you trust yourself to be able to provide you will all your basic needs? Do you feel safe at any given point in time? Do you feel fully proud of all that you are & all that you are capable of? This meditation will help you feel more secure in who you are, exactly as you are. There will always be room for improvement, but if we can claim ourselves 100%, show up fully, and be proud of our journey thus far, the world will begin to mirror back experiences that a secure person gets to enjoy.
