In May, you’ll have the option of selecting one meditation, or taking all four. These meditations are downloadable and will hit your inbox each week. They are approximately 10-15 minutes each and designed based on the principles of Neuroplasticity & HypnoMeditation. This means that they happen in Theta (deep subconscious zone) with the goal being to rewire the neural structures of the brain. The four recordings for May 2021 are: Thank You Mother Earth, “I Got This”, Forgiving Your Past Mistakes, “I Am Safe”. No experience necessary - this is suitable for everyone.   1. Thank You, Mother Earth - When we share appreciation & gratitude with the world, the reasons to feel appreciative and grateful within us begin to grow. Our heart is especially sensitive to gratitude so this meditation will tap into the Buddhist Metta principles of spreading gratitude so that we can begin to grow love within us too. This meditation will help you achieve cardiac coherence (regulation of blood pressure, heart rate & boosting of immunity for 6 hours+). In times when Mother Nature is ill, this is a beautiful meditation to spread some love.

  2. “I Got This” - The subconscious doesn’t know the difference between what’s true and what’s just a thought. This means that when you’re deep in Theta, priming your mind with beliefs of you being capable, which will be absorbed and believed as if it were already happening. This changes the neural wirings that deeply enforce this belief, so you can really approach life fully believing that you totally, do have this!

  3. Forgiving Your Past Mistakes - If you’ve walked this earth, you’ve made mistakes. The important question is if you continue to carry them with you, or if you’ve put them down, where they belong - in the past. Regardless of how big or small your mistakes have been, you deserve to begin to free yourself from the self-sabotage, from the punishment, from the guilt-trip. It’s time to forgive yourself and move on ahead; a lot of new opportunity awaits.

  4. “I Am Safe” - How safe do you feel in your body-home? How safe do you feel in your life? You deserve to feel safe, 100%, all of the time. This meditation will shift your nervous system from Fight & Flight to Rest & Digest, a place that feels cozy, safe & reassuring.
