A Christmas Meditation

Come immerse yourself in the spirit of Christmas through a beautiful sensory meditation. Using the breath, sounds & guided visualisation, we’ll take a journey to enjoy the best the holidays have to offer, indulging our senses with step along the way. Ask yourself - what does Christmas feel like to you? And be prepared to come experience just that. The goal of the session is cardiac coherence (regulation of heart & blood pressure and to boost immune levels for 6 hours). Here is some research on the power of cardiac coherence for our overall wellbeing. To register, get in touch.
