In this guided theta meditation, you will achieve cardiac coherence while you set an intention for yourself in 2021. Intention setting allows us to set the tone for how we choose to show up in life & what our prioritise are. By doing this, we can avoid flailing in the wind, being swept away by situations & things that don’t deserve a lot of attention. Instead, you’ll receive the inspiration you need & begin to move with purpose along your year. Beginners are welcome.
