The Great Chill: Self Regulation Meditation
This is a collaboration with 24 Helps. Using the tools of Hypnomeditation & Pranayama, we’ll guide you to a space of deep restoration. Although the goal isn’t to relax, that is the side effect. We aim for cardiac coherence, a state where your heart beats into a coherent pattern. This pattern is ideal because it regulates blood pressure & heart rate, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, boosts IGA levels (responsible for high immunity) for 6 hours. When the body is in this coherent zone, self healing can begin. The guided meditation focuses on the heart and you’ll feel rested, and very soothed.
