WATCH THE REPLAY: Meditation For Self Confidence

When you feel better about yourself, things around you look different. When the way you look at things change, things around you actually change. Confidence, like happiness, is an inside job. In this session, you’ll begin to dig deep into the weeds that are blocking you from fully stepping into your confidence, remove those weeds and plant some intentional roots you’d like to have there instead. This session will incorporate a few minutes of tapping and will also allow you to achieve cardiac coherence & is conducted in the Theta zone (woozy zone between conscious & subconscious).
