Join me on Wednesdays (or do the session at your convenience via the recording) as we have an evening wind-down using tools like guided theta meditation, Pranayama, breathwork & touch therapy to help you release stress & reduce the emotional charge of tough experiences. The goal is not to relax, although that is the side effect. The goal however is on cardiac coherence - a state where your heart rate variability is beating at a coherent (ideal) pattern. It’s ideal because coherence regulates blood pressure, it puts us back to homeostasis, helps manage stress & anxiety, activates the parasympathetic nervous system & boosts IGA levels (responsible for high immunity) for 6 hours. This session takes place on Zoom, and is open to everyone - all levels welcome. Sessions are 30-40 minutes.
