WATCH THE REPLAY: 6 Week Meditation Challenge


This 6 Week Meditation Challenge on Zoom (or via a recording if you can’t make the time). We’ll meet once a week (on Wednesday) and together will try a different style of meditation. You’ll also be sent additional meditations that correspond to the weekly style for you to practice on the days we don’t meet (optional). All meditations are in theta (the deep subconscious). By the end of the challenge, you would have tried a variety of styles & learn many techniques (mantra, breath awareness, body scan, visualisation, counting, labelling, etc) to help you find a style that works, find techniques that enhance your relationship with stillness and find ways to deepen your existing practice. Some benefits: improved sleep, more clarity, management of anxiety & stress, calm the monkey mind, connect with yourself in a deep way, improve productivity, arrest hypertension & achieve heart coherence. The challenge will also incorporate elements of breathwork & Pranayama. Each session is 30-40 minutes. All levels welcome. To register, please email me.

Session 1: Wednesday October 7 - 830PM EST

Session 2: Wednesday October 14 - 8:30PM EST

Session 3: Wednesday October 21 - 8:30PM EST

Session 4: Wednesday October 28 - 8:30PM EST

Session 5: Wednesday November 4 - 8:30PM EST

Session 6: Wednesday November 11 - 8:30PM EST

*If you are unable to make these sessions, a recording will be sent over to you to do at your convenience.
