When we breathe a certain way for a specific period of time, we move past the conscious brain into the subconscious. This is where our old experiences, core beliefs, habits & patterns are housed. The subconscious is also were we hide away parts of ourselves we disown - because we feel it’s not yet good enough, or because we are ashamed, or we reject because we were once criticised. But in order to fully step into your fullest potential, we must first fully own all the parts of ourselves - including the good, the bad and the ugly. We must also reel back all the little pieces of ourselves we gave away or left behind elsewhere in other places and with other people. The goal of this session is to integrate it all back into a new, whole you. Using the breath and tapping, we will allow ourselves to access these spaces and collect back the little fragments of ourselves and fully claim them - so we can step closer to being our whole selves.
